Account Agent for New Customers

I’m expanding our outreach and need someone who can welcome brand-new customers, answer their first questions, and smoothly move them toward a purchase. Your day will be split between customer service and sales activities, always with the same audience in mind: people who have never worked with us before.

You’ll handle every interaction by email and phone, and you’ll often send a quick link to a demo or brochure when that speeds things up. Conversations should feel natural yet purposeful—solving problems while guiding the prospect to the right plan. I’ll provide the product briefs, optional call scripts, and CRM access; you keep detailed notes and flag any follow-up tasks.

Deliverables I will review
• Same-day replies to all inbound messages
• Concise call or email notes logged in the CRM after each touchpoint
• A weekly summary showing number of contacts made, questions resolved, and sales closed
