Need onboarding consultant

I am looking for a someone to create a framework and training materials for how to handle customer onboarding.

I need a pdf deck for training and at least 6 articles with screenshots for reps to reference maybe some screen recordings.

You will be responsible for learning the current system and establishing workflows and documentation for these workflows.
