Virtual Assistant: Customer Onboarding Tours
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to hand over the customer-orientation stage of my onboarding process to a dedicated virtual assistant. Your single focus will be to run guided product tours that leave every new user feeling confident and supported from day one.
Here’s what the role looks like in practice: each time I notify you of a new signup, you’ll reach out promptly, schedule a screen-share session, and lead the customer through the key features that matter to their use case. You’ll follow a clear script for consistency yet adapt the pace and examples to the person in front of you. Post-tour, you’ll send a concise recap with links to relevant help-desk articles and flag any product feedback or unanswered questions back to me.
Deliverables
• Live, step-by-step product walkthrough for every assigned customer
• Written recap email sent within 24 hours of each tour
• Weekly summary report highlighting common questions, feature requests, and any blockers
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar screen-sharing tools is essential; experience with knowledge-base or help-desk software is a plus. Clear spoken English, a friendly attitude, and an eye for spotting where users struggle will set you up for success.
