- YOUR LOCATION SHOULD BE IN THE USA in PEORIA, IL or any other cities nearby. This is going to be a physical inspection of the test center!
- Assess staff performance, including friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge, expertise, timeliness, punctuality, and adherence to rules and procedures.
- Evaluate cleanliness in classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Provide a comprehensive report detailing observations and any areas for improvement.
