Junior Account Manager for Local Jobs - BGC Office

We are looking to hire Junior Account Mangers for our Local Jobs Team in Manila (the office is located in BGC). This will be a full-time role, on-site, and will be working night shift.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be speaking with startups and small business owners and operators from all around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and selecting the best freelancers to work on their projects. We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer service and loves seeing their clients' projects come to life and watching their businesses improve with the help of our platform.
You’ll enjoy working on a variety of projects that cross the digital spectrum, but predominantly working on websites, mobile applications, design tasks, and various other small business marketing activities. You’ll be using your excellent communication skills to deal with a broad range of customers as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business and gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Pay will be based on your work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!) with OTE or on-target earnings on top of your basic pay.
