I need several dependable mystery shoppers to visit designated Jaguar Land Rover dealerships and give me an honest snapshot of the showroom experience. Your focus will be the environment itself—how clean every area feels, how friendly and attentive the staff are when you strike up a natural conversation, and whether the vehicle and merchandise displays are laid out in a way that reflects a premium brand.
You will enter the showroom posing as a genuine prospective customer, speak with at least one advisor or receptionist, and quietly note anything that enhances or detracts from the luxury impression. Right after the visit, you’ll complete a short report and upload a few discreet photos to support your observations.
Deliverables (per visit)
• A completed evaluation form covering cleanliness, staff friendliness, and display layout
• Three–five unobtrusive photos illustrating key points
• A brief narrative (≈250 words) describing your interaction with staff and overall impressions
