India-based Product Testers Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are looking for detail-oriented freelancers based in India to help us improve the overall customer experience of products listed on our online store.
As a product tester, your role will be to receive and evaluate selected products sent by us, focusing on the complete end-to-end experience
from delivery to actual usage.
Your feedback will directly help us enhance product quality, packaging, and the unboxing experience.
1. Receive product(s) shipped by us
2. Evaluate the entire customer journey, including:
Delivery experience
Packaging quality and protection
Unboxing experience (presentation, first impression)
Product quality, usability, and performance
Accuracy vs product description
Identify gaps and share clear improvement suggestions
Submit a structured feedback report (template provided)
Must be based in India
Strong attention to detail
Ability to evaluate both product and presentation quality
Clear and structured communication
Prior experience in product testing is a plus (not mandatory)
Product provided by us (no purchase required)
Additional payment for detailed evaluation (as agreed)
This role is strictly for internal product and experience improvement
Honest, unbiased feedback is required
