--Offer appropriate solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
Work in both Spanish and English.

-Advanced level of English (mandatory).
-Willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic team.
-Previous customer service experience (valued but not required).
-Location: Morocco / Pakistan (mandatory).
