Scope of Work
You will be required to perform 1-2 test purchases and provide a detailed evaluation across four key areas:
1. Pre-Purchase & Discovery: Evaluation of our store UI, product listing clarity, and responsiveness to pre-sale inquiries.
2. Ordering Process: Assessing the seamlessness of the checkout and payment experience.
3. Logistics & Unboxing: Tracking delivery speed and providing a "first-look" analysis of packaging integrity and product presentation.
4. Actionable Analysis: A final summary highlighting what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
Required Deliverables
1. Written Audit Report: A deep-dive document covering all phases of the customer journey (Template provided).
2. Video Documentation: High-quality unboxing video and clear photos of the product/packaging (especially if any defects are found).
Requirements for Applicants
Location: Must be a resident of Malaysia with a valid local shipping address.
Experience: Proven experience shopping on Shopee Malaysia.
Reliability: High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
