Community Success Manager Needed

I'm seeking a Community Success Manager to help build and engage our growing community, The Agent Sea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members to facilitate networking opportunities
- Promote new platform features and member successes
- Conduct one-on-one phone calls to inform members about community features and events
- Follow up on platform deals to ensure referrals close
- Interact within the community through comments, tags, and shares
- Schedule presentations from community members
- Upload content into the community platform
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management
- Organized with good follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with social media and community engagement tools
- Ability to schedule and coordinate events
