Automobile Dealership Mystery Audits

I’m commissioning a round of mystery-shopping visits to automobile dealerships throughout Delhi NCR. During each visit you will pose as an interested buyer, interact naturally with staff, and capture unbiased observations on three focus areas: how welcoming and helpful the team is, how the sales conversation is structured and followed through, and how pricing or discount information is introduced and negotiated.

I’ll supply a simple brief for each location, including the name of the model you should enquire about and any scenario details that will help you blend in. After the visit, I need a concise report submitted within 24 hours that covers time-stamped narrative notes, any marketing material collected, and supporting photos when dealership policy permits.

Deliverables:
• One completed report(Audio Recording) per assigned dealership covering customer service quality, sales process steps, and price/discount disclosure
• Digital copies of brochures or quotations received if any
• Clear, time-stamped photos of key areas (showroom entrance, desk, vehicle) where allowed
