10 Arabic Customer Experience Interviews -- 2

I need a researcher fluent in Arabic who can plan and conduct ten in-depth interviews with potential customers to uncover clear and actionable insights about their full experience with our service.
Scope of Work
• Conduct one-on-one interviews in Arabic (approximately 45–60 minutes each), recording high-quality audio or video using pre-approved discussion guides.
• Provide video recordings of all sessions.
• Recruitment will be handled on our side — no participant sourcing is required.
Requirements
• Proven experience conducting qualitative research or UX interviews in Arabic.
Deliverables
• Original recordings and full transcripts of each interview.
