Fix Flutterwave & Add Features on php Laravel website
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My site runs on a custom PHP stack and relies on the Flutterwave payment gateway. Lately every transaction attempt is returning a failure even though the same cards work elsewhere, so revenue has come to a stand-still. I need you to dive into the existing integration, pinpoint why the gateway is rejecting or mis-handling payments, and deploy a clean, fully tested fix.
You will have full access to a Git-based code-base, a staging server, and my Flutterwave dashboard. Expect to work with PHP 8, cURL requests to the Flutterwave REST API, webhooks, and a MySQL backend. When the gateway is stable again we can move straight into a round of feature upgrades I have in mind, so clean, well-commented code and short hand-over notes are essential.
Deliverables
• Root-cause report outlining why Payment failures occurred
• Patched, production-ready PHP code with the issue resolved
• Post-fix test log covering at least 10 successful live or test transactions
• Brief deployment/rollback instructions
Acceptance criteria: all test payments succeed, Flutterwave’s callback data is correctly recorded in the database, and no existing checkout or account logic is broken. Once this baseline is met, we’ll discuss the roadmap for new capabilities.
