Fill in a PDF using Google Sheets AppScript + PDF_filler API

I have data in a Google Sheets workbook. I want to fill in a PDF form using the PDF filler API and the data in the sheet. I need the AppScript code written to fill the PDF FILLABLE FORM, based on the data in the sheet, and then download the filled-in PDF.
