Expert PHP Script Installation ( one hour work )

I have a ready-made PHP script that simply needs to be dropped into my server and brought online. The job is small—about an hour for someone who has done this many times—but I need it done cleanly and right the first time.
The only hard requirement is that any extensions the script depends on are present and activated. I’m flexible on PHP version and wider server settings, so long as you verify and enable the necessary extensions before calling the job complete. If you discover that cURL, PDO, GD or any other common module is missing, please install it (or guide me through any host-side steps) and confirm the script runs error-free afterward.
