CUDA Implementation of PCA for Image Compression
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need an experienced programmer who can implement my PCA algorithm for image compression in CUDA. The project already contains source code for Pthreads, MPI, and serial, and your task will be to maintain the structure of the project while implementing CUDA and CUDA + MPI. An overall correctness check is also required. The primary goal for implementing the algorithm in CUDA is to improve performance.
Testing will be done on custom provided images, so the ability to work with specific datasets is crucial.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Extensive knowledge of CUDA and its libraries, particularly cuBLAS
- Experience with implementing complex algorithms in CUDA
- Familiarity with image compression techniques, specifically PCA
- Proficiency in MPI and Pthreads
