Blockchain NFT project looking for a CTO with a broad knowledge in IT and development and a passion for cycling and crypto

Looking for a co-founding partner or CTO to jumpstart my blockchain-based NFT collectors game. The main theme would be pro cycling. The project is in the conceptual phase, looking around for investors and possible blockchain solutions. The ideal person would be someone with a passion for cycling, crypto, and broad technical knowledge of how to implement the concept into a working product.
