website designer for modern analytics website

Hi, I am looking for a web desinger who can help me to create a modern fully responsive website using html and css. Looking for someone who has already built analytics website before.
Please share your analytical website work me to help me choosing you.
Looking for below things in my website.
1) fully responsive and should be looking good in large screen desktops greater than 2500px screens
2) wesbsite should have good transitons and animations
3) looking for a good 3 level mega menu
4) need one mockup screen for html table with filters on the top, the table should not look like a excel table, it shouls be modern table
5) dashboard page
6) 3-4 different layout with just placeholders for me to add charts later
7) 3-4 different theming options
