Responsive Multi-Page Website Build

I need a clean, fully responsive website built from the ground up using plain HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
The website will be multi-page, consisting of:

Home

About Us

Contact

The site should have a consistent header and footer navigation across all pages, with fluid layouts that adapt smoothly from mobile to desktop. Please include modern UI touches such as smooth scrolling and subtle hover effects where appropriate. You may use media queries, Flexbox, and/or CSS Grid—whichever keeps the code clean, readable, and lightweight.

For the Contact page, include a simple client-side validated form with the following fields:

Name

Email

Message

The form should be ready for server-side integration later. All files should be well commented so I can easily adjust text, colors, or layout as needed.

Deliverables

Complete source folder with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and assets

One-click preview (opening index.html should display the full website)

A brief README explaining the file structure and any build steps (if applicable)

I will review the website on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and a mobile browser, and the layout must work correctly on all before final approval.
