Responsive HTML/CSS Front-End Build

I already have a reference website that captures the exact look and feel I need. Your job is to translate that reference into a production-ready HTML5/CSS3 build for one key page—the Produk/Jasa (product/service) page—making sure it works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile screens.
Scope
• Code a clean, well-commented layout that mirrors the reference site.
• Apply responsive techniques (Flexbox, Grid, media queries) so the page adapts smoothly across breakpoints.
• Add light JavaScript where it improves the UI—think simple interactions such as tab switches, sliders, or accordion details. I’m open to any approach, whether vanilla JS or a lightweight helper like jQuery.
• Provide reasonable revisions until the rendered page matches the reference.
What I value
Clean, extendable code that any future developer can pick up without hunting for styles. Clear, proactive communication. Reliable delivery on the agreed timeline.
Deliverable
A zipped folder (or Git repo) containing:
1. index.html for the Produk/Jasa page
2. linked CSS and JS assets, neatly organised
3. any images or font files used
4. a short README outlining build steps and class naming conventions
