Pixel-Perfect PSD to Responsive HTML
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a neatly layered PSD that I need translated into clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3. The finished page must respond beautifully on mobiles, tablets, and large desktop screens without relying on Bootstrap, Tailwind, or any other framework—I’d like the CSS written from scratch, using Flexbox or Grid where it makes sense.
Everything can remain static; no JavaScript-driven interactions or animations are required. Cross-browser consistency (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) is important, and the markup should be easy for me to maintain or extend later.
Deliverables
• One zipped folder containing the HTML file, CSS file(s), and any optimised assets (images, fonts)
• Code that passes W3C validation and displays correctly from 320 px up to widescreen monitors
If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get started.
