Help in debugging a website

Hi, community:
I have a website that has some bugs. I need somebody to help me to resolve the problems. The site is authentic-translation.com
The troubles are: 1) authentic-translation.com/unternehmen/kontakt-und-anfrage/
In the contact form (Contact Form 7) the datepicker is not visible on the iPad (Safari), but works well on all other devices. I need a nicely styled datepicker for Contact form 7 that works on all devices.
2) authentic-translation.com/unternehmen/ueber-uns/
On top you have three fields left and right with text, in the middle with a portrait of a woman. If you click on one of the fields the page scrolls to an anchor. That works well on all devices, but again has a problem on the iPad. But only on the first field. ;)
On the iPad, it works on the very left text only after a double-click. The others work on the first click. That bug also shows only on the iPad.
Here I would like to know why that bug happens on the first field, but not on the other fields.
Please suggest a price for resolving both problems.
