HTML / CSS Layout Fixes -- 2

I have a set of web pages whose HTML and CSS need a careful clean-up. The current markup works, but the layout drifts between screen sizes, some visual styles are inconsistent, and a few odd bugs still surface in certain browsers.
The job centers on three concrete goals:
• Layout changes – realign sections so each page stays fluid and responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Styling changes – tighten typography, colours, spacing, and any hover or transition effects so they match the design spec.
• Bug fixes – remove stray margins, overlapping elements, or rule conflicts that break in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
You will edit the existing HTML5 and CSS3 files directly (no framework rebuild), test across common breakpoints, and return the updated code along with a short summary of adjustments made. When everything renders correctly, scales cleanly, and validates without errors, the work is complete.
