Seeking an experienced freelance HTML and CSS developer to modernize a key HTML datasheet. The primary objective is to convert the existing page into a fully responsive design, ensuring a seamless, accessible, and user-friendly experience across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

The scope of work includes:

Responsive Conversion: Re-implementing the page using modern HTML5 and CSS3 practices to create a fluid and adaptive layout.

Table Integration: Integrating a new HTML data table into the page, ensuring it is also fully responsive and displays correctly on all screen sizes.
