Exact XD to HTML Conversion

I need the under-construction landing page I designed in Adobe XD rebuilt as clean, semantic HTML5/CSS3. The coded page must mirror the layout, spacing, typography and colour palette exactly, so a pixel-perfect overlay will match 100 %.

Responsive behaviour is essential. Please cover the usual desktop-tablet-mobile breakpoints and also verify on key devices such as an iPhone 11 and Galaxy S20. Cross-browser reliability is just as important; I expect you to combine manual checks in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge with any automated test suite you prefer so nothing slips through the cracks.

The design is completely static—no animations or interactive widgets—(Only have a looping video as a background) so performance should shine. Optimise assets, minify where sensible and keep the final bundle lean enough for swift loads on typical shared hosting. When you hand over the work I want a ready-to-upload package for my Namecheap account: index.html, stylesheet(s), any asset folders and, if you used preprocessors, the compiled output alongside source.
