Build Desktop Utility Program
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking to turn a simple concept into a practical desktop utility aimed at adult users. The core idea is clear in my mind; what I need is an experienced developer who can translate that idea into a clean, stable application that runs on standard desktop computers.
Here’s what I expect:
• A lightweight, intuitive user interface that feels familiar to non-technical adults.
• Smooth installation on current desktop operating systems—Windows at minimum; cross-platform support is a bonus.
• Source code, compiled build, and a brief README explaining setup, dependencies, and how to extend or maintain the program.
You’re free to choose the language and framework you’re most productive with (Python + PyInstaller, Electron, C#, Java—whichever suits the task best) so long as the final executable is hassle-free for the end user.
