Animated Company Website Development

I need a fresh, fast-loading company website that mirrors the clean, interactive feel of jeton.com and pointeightpower.com while keeping the concise messaging style of multimetals.in/about. The build must be hand-coded in HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript, with scroll-triggered animations woven in smoothly—no hover or loading effects, just those satisfying transitions that guide the eye as a visitor moves down the page.

The site will present our company story, services and contact details, so an elegant single-page layout with logical section anchors is ideal, though I am open to a light multi-page structure if that improves SEO. Whichever route you recommend, the finished code has to be responsive, W3C-valid and easy for my in-house team to extend later.
