template converting to wordpress or joomla

Hello i have a Template with no database but html or php (both is inside but not right links) i will converting to wordpress because it dont have any database only javascripting and html or php version... i dont speak english great but i can writting level beginners... when you can speak german then i can explain more... - i lovly wordpress but also too joomla or other kind of cms is ok for me but please dont laravel...

PS. you dont have reselling or white label write afte this work when you wanna reselling after your work you must buy the template rights by me for reselling after work!
