styling reactjs pages for mobile responsive layout

I am looking for a skilled ReactJS developer to style my desktop pages for mobile responsive layout. The current layout of the pages is desktop only and there are 1-3 pages that need to be styled. I do not have any preferred styling frameworks or libraries and prefer to use CSS. The ideal candidate should have experience in ReactJS and CSS to ensure that the pages are mobile responsive and visually appealing.
