share html to email

I need a small feature added to my listing portal (eazyreal.com). When a visitor clicks Share on any property—example: https://realvestors.com/property.php?id=105#—their own Outlook compose window should open automatically, already filled with a rich-HTML summary of that exact ad.

What the summary must look and behave like
• Rich HTML with inline CSS that renders well in Outlook (desktop & web).
• Must pull in the property’s main image(s) and description exactly as shown in the screen-capture video (https://app.screencast.com/JIiUDuNdCK5tG).
• Include interactive elements: a prominent “View Full Listing” button and a plain text link, both pointing back to the property URL.

Flow I’m after
1. User clicks Share on any listing.
2. A script grabs that listing’s data and builds the HTML snippet on the fly.
3. Outlook’s new-email window opens with subject, body (the HTML you build), and images all pre-populated—ready for the user to hit Send.

Deliverables
• Clean, commented HTML/CSS template that passes Outlook rendering quirks.
• JavaScript (or lightweight PHP if easier) that fetches the current listing details and injects them into the template.
• Integration instructions so I can drop the code onto my existing Share link and have it working site-wide.
