I need to make a responsive html translation of the 1-page design from adobe illustrator to bootstrap 4. The design will be sent to you as an adobe illustrator file, and you will be send it as an html file.

The top menu should stay at the top when the page is scrolled down.
When you mouse over the basket icon on the left, the text should slide to the left and the text should be visible.
The active menu page should be yellow.
When the search icon is clicked, a search window should be opened modally or a search field should be opened under the menu.
The maximum budget for this project is 20 USD. Please do not bid if the budget is not available.
The HTML file should be delivered to me Sunday night. If you can't make it, please don't bid.
