responsive Flipbook making in html which can import any file type

I am looking for a developer experienced in creating responsive flipbooks in HTML that can import various source files. The flipbook should be supported by both Desktop and Tablets devices, and I want it to be able to import images. Furthermore, the flipbook needs to be interactive.
