A portable XML feed reader

Please, I want to build a small portable app that will read xml feed like the one from this link http://www.battware.co.uk/desktopticker_downloads.htm but will also show the article body about like the example in the gif image attached to this project. The background should have options of its opacity being transparent of opaque. Secondly the text on the screen animation tyle should ease in and out. Any image in the body of the article should pop up on one side of the window while the body is being presented point by points like in powerpoint. Meanwhile the headlines keeps scrolling and while the latest are being projected one after the other. This project will require bootstrap 5 make colourful background

So in summary this project will require html, css bootstrap and JavaScript. You are allowed to use any other languages that will speed the work
