new css layout for the article-detail page of our webshop

We want to renew the design of the article-detail-page.
- re-arrange the elements
- refresh the design
- including some jquery or javascript for accordon etc.
- simplify the code
- everything responsive, mobile first design
- we will update the backend on our side in accordance to optimize and simplify the code
