I need someone skilled with css animations

I am looking for someone skilled with CSS animations to assist me with my project. Specifically, I need help with transitions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CSS animations, with a focus on transitions
- Experience working with keyframes and transformations would be beneficial but not required
-My idea is to take my product and make it move on the screen. I want it very similar to the animations apple does.

I have a new dog locking chaing and I want the animation as follows. the product is on the screen, the product swists a little, the bottom of the product seperates forn the top and moved center with the screen. (this is all happening while you scroll of course). than once you scroll down enough the product connects to a leash that is at the bottom of the screen.
most I am not sure how to achieve this animation. I need someone who understands how to make the product 3d on the website and how to do what i described above. I would like to zoom call with homever is interested ot show them the product I have desivend and to demonstate the animations I want
