I need my purchased HTML/CSS/JS theme converted into a React app and React components (using Material UI as a grid).

I am looking to get an already-existing HTML/CSS/JS theme that I've gotten from a marketplace converted to a React app and components for my nonprofit. It should be about 5 views (Home/Landing page, Programs, About Us, Get Involved, and Contact). If these are converted well, I may ask for an additional two views to be converted (the blog listing page and the blog single post page) I'll be happy to provide you with a file map of how I'd like my files organized, as well as a list of components. I'd also like you to use Material UI for the grid system of the app rather than whatever the original creator used.
