i need to make a site (html js css, LAMP )

I am looking to have a big website created with HTML, JS, CSS, and the LAMP stack. The purpose of the website is to be an e-commerce site for customers to buy items online. I do not have a design in mind and need to contract design services. Additionally, I would like the website to have an online payment functionality. The project should meet all of the coding and design standards to ensure a quality user experience.
