I am in need of a front-end developer with HTML/Bootstrap skills

This job is quite simple and straightforward. But I need quality work. Basically it's to convert png file into html(using bootstrap) and make it responsive on mobile version too. Potential long-term work. Simple API integration will be expected. Only serious bidder will be accepted but I don't have to choose absolutely.
