You don't need to create a new Design, just use what is there and make good likely nicely formatted pages.
phase 1, Milestone 1: No coding, only navigate. Only HTML content to be written
phase 2, Milestone 2: You will get content in json format, put it at required place,in <ul li <p <div etc.
The budget is fixed at 10,000 Indian Rupee , About $130.
