I need a CSS Designer

I'm in the process of programming an online story game. Besides all of the JavaScript, I haven't thought about the look so far. I am looking for a motivated CSS designer who can help me to meet the following requirements: I need a centered div with text on the underside of which between 1 and 5 different options should be visible in front of buttons. the attached picture shows a reference game which I like very much.
