graphic design on power bi

we are developing reports for our customer using microsoft power bi. we would like to show our report information in order to get the best attention of our customer, data must be simple to read and they also must have some appeal. we are looking for a designer who can improve our report pages.
java script, CSS, D3, HTML are required.
