UI/UX engineer to help fine tune site appearance

Hello, we are in need of a UI/UX developer or front end developer to help with the finishing touches on our website. The site is fully functional and just needs a few final touches. We are using react with scss for our style sheets, since scss is basically css we do not care if you have used scss before but we need someone that is experienced in css and html. We have a mock up already that shows the desired look of the site. Thank you
