desing(figma) to html & css 4

hello, urgent, I need to convert a design(on Figma) to HTML and CSS3, which is 3 pages.
It is easy but I need it as soon as possible.
on divs try to use percent unit in width to make easier the responsive.
need a different style class for every HTML element and perfect pixel(good quality of markup)
tells me the finish date.
it is one page with the responsive, the page with name "Estadisticas cupones > info page"
