desing(figma) to html & css 3

hello, urgent, I need to convert a design(on Figma) to HTML and CSS3, which is 3 pages.
It is easy but I need it as soon as possible.
on divs try to use percent unit in width to make easier the responsive.
need a different style class for every HTML element and perfect pixel(good quality of markup)
tells me the finish date.
