css design/optimization for few pages

Hi, I have a site in angular. It has about 5-6 components (pages). It has some basic CSS, I need someone to optimize it and make it more thematic (so all pages have similar look and feel) and mobile optimized. The pages only have very less data. Some paragraphs and lists etc. So the overall content is quite less, just 5-6 pages and 1 or 2 sections on each page.
