convert one page web page to responsive page

I have one page web. It works on chrome for desktop but some components are not displayed properly on mobile device, for example, button position, nav bar and footer, etc. So I want to make it responsive to make it work on any sizes of screens such as desktop, mobile, tablets, etc.
It is very easy job for an front end expert.
