Zeplin Design to HTML - Need High Quality Responsive Conversion with Bootstrap - 2 Days Deadline

Hi Everybody,
We are looking for a Web Developer, who can convert a Zeplin Design of 1 Page to HTML.
*** IMPORTANT: We need Quick TurnAround and completed within 1 or 2 days. Only Contact if you can start immediately and complete it within 1 or 2 days.
Design will be shown to interested persons. High Quality Bidder with the lowest reasonable price will win the job.
We have the following requirements
- Clean, Well Organised, Highly Commented Hand coding
- Cross Browser Compatibilty(IE8+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera)
- Mobile Responsive
- Need to use CSS mostly instead of images, that is try to use more CSS instead of images for background, etc
- Use Font Awesome for Icons and Also use fonts for Social icons too.
- No Need for Form Programming, Just HTML, CSS along with jQuery(for Menu and Slider,etc) Wherever needed.
- Bootstrap along with 1170 grid system for responsiveness
- Add this "I am looking for a Challenging PSD to HTML today" some where in your proposal So We can filter spams.
We can do this with our In-house team but we dont have time to start on this, So we are looking for one for on-going relationship.
As this must be easier for one who knows what he is doing, We are not willing to spend more on this. We are expecting a reasonable quote. Please send your quote with latest PSD to HTML conversions with both original design you were provided and the site you developed.
