Work and changes to our website ( Vue website )

I am looking for a skilled developer who can make both design and functionality changes to our Vue website. The changes needed are of moderate complexity. Specifically, I need a part of the site finished that allows users to upload pictures and see a mockup. The deadline for completion is within a week.
