Project Description: Work Progress Tracking System for Constables
Objective:
Develop a web-based application to efficiently track and manage the work progress of 70 constables. The system will centralize task assignments, monitor daily activities, and provide a clear overview of each individual's progress.
Key Features:
Constable Database: The system will feature a comprehensive database of all constables, including their names and relevant details. This database will be the foundation for tracking individual progress.
Assignment Allocation: Ability to upload and assign tasks to each constable. These assignments will be updated regularly to reflect ongoing operations and duties.
Progress Tracking: The application will track daily progress for each constable. For instance, if all assigned tasks are completed in a day, the constable’s progress is marked as 100%. If a task is skipped or partially completed, their progress for that day will be adjusted accordingly (e.g., 50%).
Interactive Dashboard: An intuitive dashboard for administrators to easily update assignments and view the progress of each constable. The dashboard will provide a quick overview of overall and individual progress.
Automated Calculations: The system will automatically calculate progress percentages based on task completion and updates. This feature ensures accurate and real-time tracking of each constable’s work.
Secure Access: Secure login and authentication system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access and update the system.
Reporting and Analytics: Capability to generate reports and analytics on the performance and progress trends of the constables over time.
