Wordpress Template Modification

I'm seeking a WordPress expert to clean up my current template. Your focus will be primarily on the header, footer, sidebar, and a few different widgets. You may also utilize Elementor (I have Elementor Pro).

I've attached an image of what the main page should look like (did look like until I updated Elementor a couple hours ago).

Basically there should be a left sidebar where a paper I wrote should have an image displayed and linked, and then various projects that I'm working on to the right of that. Each of the linked pages should have the paper to the left of the description (instead of to the right currently)

Feel free to modify one of the free pages or use the Wordpress designer, both as long as in the terms of service for any of the sites that I'd have to keep their logo or name.
